Going beyond traditional HR, Harry, in his new position, will be instrumental in shaping organizational culture across our European footprint, crafting talent development strategies, fostering post-merger integrations, and championing initiatives to enhance positive employee experience at Customs Support Group.
Harry’s Background and Previous Leadership Roles
Harry joins us from Master Builders Group (a carve out from BASF) where he held the global people function leadership role. His extensive background spans senior leadership positions in people and human resources management across organizations of up to 10,000 employees, including BASF, General Electric, Ericsson, and several private equity-owned companies across diverse industries.
